The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing revenue-generating programs, with a keen focus on enterprise growth and scalability. This role requires a visionary leader who can navigate the complexities of a multi-faceted organization, align marketing strategies with business objectives, and deliver impactful results. Job Qualifications Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred. Five (5) years of experience in marketing. Previous demonstrated experience in effectively supervising and leading a diverse team. Demonstrated track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies and revenue-generating programs. Proficiency in digital marketing, data analytics, and marketing automation tools. Experience in the healthcare, nonprofit, or social services sectors is a plus. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with The Centers' mission and business objectives. Lead the creation and implementation of marketing plans to promote a diverse portfolio of services. Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand the organization's reach. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform marketing strategies. Enterprise Growth and Scalability: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives support enterprise growth and scalability. Collaborates with stakeholders to expand services into new markets and customer segments. Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the success of marketing programs and initiatives. Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor, and develop an agile strategically aligned, and data-driven team that consistently delivers results across the agency in a fast-paced environment. . Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment that encourages creativity and accountability. Provide ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure team members stay current with industry trends and best practices. Brand Management: Oversee brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across all marketing channels. Enhance brand awareness and reputation through targeted marketing campaigns and public relations efforts. Maintain and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and media outlets. Digital Marketing: Leverage digital marketing tools and platforms to drive engagement and conversion. Oversee the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media. Utilize data analytics to track performance and optimize digital marketing efforts.
