Product Manager, Telecommunications

Location: This role offers the flexibility of being home-based for qualified candidates in the United States.Check all associated application documentation thoroughly before clicking on the apply button at the bottom of this description.Position Summary:We are looking for a highly motivated and knowledgeable Product Manager for our Telecommunication Industry software products. Bentley has robust software technology which serves multiple clients in various regions with many end-users. We are enhancing those products to adapt to new technologies like Digital Twins, continuing to solve our users' day-to-day problems.The Product Manager will be part of Bentley's Product Advancement organization, leading the drive for the future of Bentley products and user adaptation to these new technologies and capabilities. We prefer candidates with good knowledge of the Telecommunication Industry, users, and competitive products, particularly those familiar with Bentley OpenComms brand products.Your day-to-day job:Work closely with the development team to understand the current state of the product and guide them strategically.Translate business needs into technical requirements, document and prioritize them.Create business strategies for the Telecommunication industry.Generate season plans and roadmaps for products, including development tasks and enhancements.Manage communication between users and the development team, acting as a liaison in cross-functional initiatives within Bentley.Monitor the market and work closely with the marketing team.Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's DegreeStrong background in the Telecommunication Industry5+ years of experience in technical sales and/or services organizationExperience in a cross-regional work environmentExperience in analysis and data-driven approachesAbility to travel up to 10%Requires sitting or standing at will while performing work on a computer.What you bring to the team:Clear and friendly communication skills to foster a positive work environmentStrategic thinking abilitiesConfidence in global industry and multinational organizationsCooperative team player with good interpersonal skillsAbout Bentley Systems:Bentley Systems (Nasdaq: BSY) is the infrastructure engineering software company.
