The successful candidate will understand their customers' business objectives and act as their trusted advisor for using Slack most effectively. This individual needs to coordinate and communicate effectively across multiple departments, both internally and externally. You must be comfortable with operating in a dynamic environment, and have the ability to wear multiple hats. You must be good at orchestrating value driven conversations with customers, to position the most effective solution aimed at delivering the highest possible impact. If you're an established sales professional with a proven track record in helping customers achieve lofty goals, while successfully managing your business, we should this role you will:Own the full sales cycle from lead to close, including negotiating and deal makingWork closely with your Salesforce peers to plan and execute on co-selling objectives and goalsEstablish lasting relationships with senior executives and decision-makersHelp educate customers on the value of Slack throughout the sales cycleDistill value from product features to build the best possible outcomes for your customersCollaborate and work with different members of the team (Solution Engineers, Customer Success Managers, Leadership, etc.)Prepare and educate customers on new features and solutionsIdentify adoption and utilization trends, and help customers orchestrate growth plansProvide recommendations based on customer's business needs and usage patternsWhat you should have:6+ years of Account Executive experienceRelevant sales experience, preferably in a SaaS organizationExperience managing a pipeline and closing large contracts with nonprofit organizationsExcellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex and technical conceptsStrong negotiation and closing skillsConsistent track record of navigating within large and mid-market organizationsAbility to develop senior level relationships quickly and effectivelyExperience managing extended teams of resources during sales cycleAbility to handle multiple opportunities simultaneously at various stages of the buying processAbility to be flexible and adaptiveBachelor's degree requiredSome travel required#J-18808-Ljbffr
