Are you ready to be part of a global team that is changing how eDiscovery, information governance, forensic and electronic investigations are being conducted around the world?We are hiring a Marketing Manager in our Herndon, VA office. The candidate is required to attend the office a minimum of 2 days per week, but may voluntarily elect to work either remotely or from their local office for the remaining 3 days of the week.Key Responsibilities:Work with Heads of Marketing, to plan and execute both global and regional marketing initiatives with a key focus on demand generation.Align closely with Partner Marketing to create and execute targeted marketing initiatives to, through, and with partners in region to build a robust pipeline and drive joint business goals.Set up and execute campaigns, including Pardot and Salesforce campaign management, development of email content and social media, sales enablement and lead nurture programs.Plan and execute strategic events ranging from large user conferences to high-touch experiences (roundtables, networking events etc.) that support business goals.Collaborate with sales team and content team to develop customer success stories.Build a strong relationship with sales and participate in regular sales meetings.Work with Marketing Operations on a range of activities including tracking and reporting on campaigns and key KPIs.Manage the EMEA marketing budget.Brief and work with external agencies and the internal marketing studio to generate campaign assets as needed.Collaborate effectively with the global marketing team, ensuring EMEA market needs are addressed in global activities.Qualifications & Experience:7+ years B2B marketing experienceDegree qualified in Business or MarketingProven experience in effectively utilising digital marketing platforms and programs, including marketing automation such as Pardot and Salesforce.Proficient in office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)A self-starter with a track record that demonstrates you are highly organised, with the ability to execute effectively against multiple projects and deadlines.Proactive in your communication and cross-functional collaboration.Willingness to work flexible hours and travel, within the region and sometimes globally, in line with the needs of an international company.Skills and characteristics:Strong ability to communicate effectively both verbally and written, in a global companyStrong collaborator with a proven ability to work effectively with colleagues from around the worldThrive in a fast-paced environment with an attention to detailProblem-solver who can identify, raise and resolve issuesAdaptive individual who thrives in ambiguity and changing prioritiesCurious and learning mindset with an interest in technologyProven ability to build personal brand and strong relationshipsSelf-motivated with proven ability to work independently, take ownership for tasks and be accountable for results and performanceNuix is an Equal Opportunity Employer.#J-18808-Ljbffr
