In building a new Digital Catalyst team, we are reshaping the future of how we market, modernizing the way we reach customers and think about data.What You'll DoThe Senior Manager, Growth Marketing, Global Online will support ELC Brands and report to the Executive Director, Growth Marketing, Global Online. This individual will play an integral role as part of an online acceleration project, with responsibility for strategy and execution of campaigns including: media planning, execution, budgeting, analysis and optimization across the portfolio of Brands. The focus of this role will be to address opportunities to accelerate performance marketing initiatives across regions globally in close partnership with regional teams.Roles & Responsibilities:Scout and identify opportunities to drive efficiency on marketing channels to drive better returns and value to business performance.Collaborate with global and region teams, cross functional partners to share diagnostics, findings & craft high-performing direct-response campaigns that remain faithful to the essence of each brand.Scale performance marketing across multiple channels - email, SMS, paid social, display, search, SEO, affiliate, influencer, referral, print, direct mail.Define relevant metrics and track closely to ensure rigor and to drive tangible value to the business.Sourcing, vetting, contract negotiation, and ongoing management of digital agencies, ad platforms and external partners.Driving sustainable CAC across all paid channels through constant A/B testing.Own marketing analytics and insights, working with our data and engineering teams to build insightful dashboards and measure KPIs (CAC/LTV, retention) that drive growth and revenue.Constant testing of innovative new channels for customer acquisition and cost effective retention measures to balance growth on both new and existing buyers for the business.Work closely with our Global Product team to implement constant funnel testing to maximize site conversion for each brand of the group.Partner with Finance and Ops teams to ensure sales forecasts are accurate and budgets and revenue targets align with our financial model.QualificationsWhat We're Looking For:7+ years' experience in acquisition and product marketing for a large consumer brand or fast growing DTC brand, e-commerce strongly preferred.Excellent leadership skills including experience managing and leading a growth / acquisition marketing team, including establishing industry best practices and scaling.Substantial experience working with and optimizing performance marketing metrics like CAC, LTV & ROIs.Track record of driving business performance with an obsessive persistence hitting target metrics, optimizing media spend for efficiency and scale.Able to think both strategically and have the agility to change direction quickly.Creative with an eye for design (physical and digital UX/UI).Self-motivated. Ability to identify and solve problems without direction.Excellent communicator with a high EQ.Inherently analytical and data-driven.The anticipated base salary range for this position is $119,300 to $196,600. Exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Salary range may vary based on geographic location.
