Seven years of experience or more preferred, servicing executive/C suite roles.Strong computer skills including expert knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Familiarity with MS Teams, Workday, and SharePoint a plus.Ability to communicate professionally with various levels of internal staff as well as external partners.Attention to detail with ability to produce accurate results working in a fast-paced environment.Ability to use discretion in handling information containing PHI and other confidential content.Must be comfortable working in a team environment as well as independently and possess a sense of accountability and urgency in completing assignments.Previous experience required in situations demanding strict adherence to Confidentiality.Notary preferred.Ability to work creatively and analytically to solve problems, propose solutions and provide new ways of thinking about legacy issues and processes from an administrative standpoint.Displays intellectual curiosity and possesses a strong sense of humility and integrity, always striving to "˜be the difference for the customer.Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth.Humility to play as a team.Commitment to being the difference for our customers in every interaction.Your key responsibilities:Provide executive administrative support to department as well as applicable direct reports on the team.Manage emails to ensure proper and prompt response for all internal and external constituents.Primary responsibility of coordination and scheduling of complex calendar.Manage due dates and meeting deliverables for team. Handle travel arrangements including rental cars, air travel, and hotels.Coordinate and file expense reports in a timely manner.Large- and small-scale meeting planning. Preparation of meeting minutes and agendas, budget tracking, and mail distribution.Prepare spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations, as well as other statistical information when directed as well as content for ongoing meetings.Manage a variety of clerical, administrative, and organizational functions including filing, photocopying, and faxing.Conduct weekly inventory check of office supplies, stationery, and other supplies and places orders.Manage invoices and payment processes for external vendors and on occasion coordinate with procurement and accounts payable for processing of approved invoices.Perform special projects as assigned.Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise, reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.Where you'll be:Hybrid in Schenectady, NYPay TransparencyBe one of the first applicants, read the complete overview of the role below, then send your application for consideration.At MVP, we are committed to providing competitive employee compensation and benefits packages.
