Goldbelly is seeking a highly analytical, data-driven Performance Marketing leader to own decision making & portfolio mix strategy across Goldbelly's entire paid marketing budget. Merchants use our platform to create a brand new revenue stream and grow their businesses.What You'll Do:Oversee Goldbelly's eight-figure paid marketing budget, determining the best allocation of budget across all marketing channels.Manage Goldbelly's sophisticated attribution tools and lead lift & incrementality testing to improve our understanding of marketing ROI.Own executive & board level reporting of overall marketing performance & KPIs.Manage Goldbelly's Paid Search & Programmatic team, providing coaching and mentorship.Partner with internal analytics & data science teams to identify customer targeting & optimization opportunities across our paid program.Partner with finance and executive leadership to build growth & budget forecasts.What You've Done:10+ years of experience in performance marketing or marketing analytics with a heavy focus on attribution & reporting.Strong analytical skills with an ability to make data-driven decisions and articulate them to executives.A strong grasp of ROI & incrementality and measurement & testing frameworks.Deep familiarity with e-commerce KPIs & funnel metrics, and an ability to recognize trends and uncover insights from ad, creative and customer data.Experience managing a team of performance-focused marketers.Direct, hands-on experience managing Paid Search (SEM, Google Shopping) is highly preferred.Salary and Benefits:Salary range: $150,000-200,000.Comprehensive benefits - medical, dental, and vision.Company HSA and Dependent Care FSA.Flexible paid time off.Monthly Goldbelly credits and 25% off all Goldbelly orders.Flat org structure with significant opportunities for lateral & upward mobility & development.Apply for this job#J-18808-Ljbffr
