Under the direction of a Creative Lead (CD), you will work hands-on on several projects at a time and will be involved in all phases of creative development. You will be responsible for planning and executing portions of projects independently or in conjunction with junior creative staff or freelancers. You will be involved in new business projects. You work independently, with limited oversight from your manager.ResponsibilitiesSupports and leads the creative team in brainstorming sessions and concept creationPresents work internally as well as to our clientsResponsible for leading Creative teams in the successful creation and production of art/design solutionsFollows creative direction of senior Creative staff and Account staffPlans and directs many aspects of assigned projects, and serves as an integral member of the Creative teamAccountable for managing a team of Creative talent, and leading them in the development of creative work that is consistently sound, of excellent caliber, and acceptable to the clientMentors and leads assigned Creative staff, and is available to critique their workManages many internal details of assigned projects, including finding and/or choosing photographers, working and coordinating with Production and Account staffLeads the effort to translate established creative direction into conceptual ideasParticipates as a Creative team member in new-business development effortsWorks with appropriate account representative on all projectsQualificationsPortfolio should include digital (social, mobile, web, CRM) work and campaign workMust be conceptual/an idea person as well as hands-onStrong conceptual with a broad knowledge of digital experiencesFinTech experience a plusMinimum 7+ years' experienceSolid knowledge of steps required in the creative development process: provides guidance to achieve creative direction; gives timely and helpful coaching; and produces all work in a timely, cost-effective mannerGood people-management and coaching skillsAbility to solve problems using keen instincts and organizational experienceProven mentoring, supervisory, and team-building skills#J-18808-Ljbffr
