Join us at .Check out the role overview below If you are confident you have got the right skills and experience, apply today.Job DescriptionRazorfish is seeking an ACD copywriter who is responsible for leading concept development and the translation and extension of concepts into effective copy for interactive marketing, online campaigns, digital content, paid and organic social and CRM projects. Under the direction of a Creative Lead (CD), you will work hands-on on several projects at a time and will be involved in all phases of creative development. You will be responsible for planning and executing portions of projects independently or in conjunction with junior creative staff or freelancers. You will be involved in new business projects. You work independently, with limited oversight from your manager.RESPONSIBILITIESReports to Creative DirectorResponsible for leading Creative teams in the successful creation and production of copy solutions for one to two assigned accountsFollows creative direction of senior Creative staff and Account staffPlans and directs many aspects of assigned projects, and serves as an integral member of the Creative teamAccountable for managing a team of Creative talent, and leading them in the development of creative work that is consistently sound, of excellent caliber, and acceptable to the clientMentors and leads assigned Creative staff, and is available to critique their workManages many internal details of assigned projects, including finding and/or choosing photographers, working and coordinating with Production and Account staffLeads the effort to translate established creative direction into conceptual ideasParticipates as a Creative team member in new-business development effortsWorks with appropriate account representative on all projectsQualificationsPortfolio must include digital (social, mobile, web, CRM) work and campaign workMust be conceptual/an idea person as well as a hands-on writerStrong conceptual and hands-on writing skills, with a broad knowledge of digital experiencesFinTech experience a plusMinimum 7+ years' experienceSolid knowledge of steps required in creative development process: provides guidance to achieve creative direction; gives timely and helpful coaching; and produces all work in a timely, cost-effective mannerGood people-management and coaching skillsAbility to solve problems using keen instincts and organizational experienceProven mentoring, supervisory, and team-building skillsAdditional InformationThe Power of One starts with our people! This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
