Your exceptional organizational skills, cutting-edge design expertise, and inspiring leadership will be the keys to unlocking our in-house studio team's creative potential.Do you have the skills to fill this role Read the complete details below, and make your application today.RequirementsRequired Skills:Experience in managing creative agency partnerships and negotiating contracts and scopes.Strong portfolio of creative work that demonstrates skills and vision.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including a strong proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Office, and other relevant tools and platforms.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.Collaborative and proactive mindset.Strong creative, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Expert knowledge in the graphic production process.Required Experience:Bachelor's degree in design, communication, or related field.Minimum of 7 years of experience in managing creative teams and projects.Preferred Experience:Design experience in an in-house creative department or design firm.ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities include but are not limited to:Manage the creative studio team and oversee the production of high-quality design for various platforms and channels.Execute design work across various media, such as print, digital, web, social, video, and animation.Streamline and optimize studio processes and workflows to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality of work.Implement project management tools, systems, and best practices to facilitate smooth project execution and communication.Ensure that all creative work meets quality standards and aligns with client objectives, brand guidelines, and project specifications.Review and approve deliverables before client presentation or publication, providing feedback and guidance as needed.Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to creatives, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence.Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including marketing strategy, sales, product, and creative agency partners, to deliver engaging and effective creative content.Expected Work Hours40Pay Range InformationExact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.#J-18808-Ljbffr
