We are looking for a Director of Content Marketing who can craft and lead a dynamic content strategy that reaches both business owners and end users in the field service sector. As the leader of our content team, you will be responsible for creating compelling stories that resonate with our audience, educate them on how to transform their operations, and demonstrate the value of our solutions. You'll also champion the use of AI tools to enhance our content creation processes, ensuring we stay ahead of trends and produce high-quality content quickly.Scroll down to find an indepth overview of this job, and what is expected of candidates Make an application by clicking on the Apply button.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a content strategy: Craft a comprehensive content plan aimed at positioning Zuper as the most advanced and intelligent field service platform among business owners and end users in the field service management industry.Team leadership: Build and lead a team of talented content creators, including writers, designers, and video producers. Mentor and guide them to achieve high-impact results.Champion AI: Lead the charge in leveraging AI tools to optimize content creation, development speed, personalization, and distribution.Content creation: Oversee the production of highly creative blogs, case studies, eBooks, white papers, infographics, videos, and podcasts that educate and inspire the field service audience.Market expertise: Stay on top of trends and pain points in the field service sector, creating timely, relevant content that addresses the needs of both decision-makers and technicians.SEO and data: Collaborate with SEO and analytics teams to ensure content is optimized for search and performance is tracked to guide future strategies.Innovation: Experiment with new content formats and creative approaches to differentiate our brand in a highly competitive landscape.Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with product marketing, partner marketing, development, sales, and customer success teams to ensure content aligns with business goals, enhances lead generation, and supports customer retention.Budget management: Manage the content budget, including third-party resources, AI tools, and external partnerships.Qualifications:Experience: 7+ years of content marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, ideally within SaaS or tech industries. Experience in field service management is a plus.Design experience: Background in design or experience managing a team of designers is a must.
