This role will be instrumental in developing efficient, transparent processes and workflows that guide the creation of Metropolis content across channels, including print, sales collateral, events, video, display media, rich media, landing pages, and digital touchpoints. This role will define and own the underlying systems for all Brand Design and Copywriting projects through each step of the creative process: briefing, concepting, and stakeholder reviews through final delivery.The ideal candidate is a high-agency leader with a knack for air traffic control. We are looking for an excellent communicator with asset organization skills who can juggle infinite moving parts and many stakeholders. You will manage the creative calendar, including projects across multiple business lines and Product initiatives. This role will monitor and influence resourcing, working closely with the VP of Design and Brand, as well as Marketing team leads, to dynamically prioritize and intake requests from departments across the entire company.ResponsibilitiesManage the intake and prioritization of all non-product design creative requests, ensuring alignment with business goals.Develop and implement a structured process to vet, prioritize, and communicate about creative projects with internal stakeholders.Collaborate with teams such as Marketing, Design, Copywriting, and Sales to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of creative assets.Work with stakeholders across the business"”including Sales, People Operations, and Executives"”to understand and prioritize their creative needs (e.g., board meeting materials, marketing assets, internal communication materials).Maintain clear and consistent communication with stakeholders to manage expectations and provide updates on project status.Help create and evolve processes that streamline creative requests, enabling the business to move faster while ensuring quality and brand consistency.Balance multiple requests and priorities, keeping projects on track and stakeholders informed.Provide insights and strategic input into how creative work can better support business objectives.Requirements and Qualifications5+ years working in a creative project management and/or production capacity, preferably in-house or at an agency managing more than one brand.Experience triaging and allocating creative resources and optimizing creative workflows.Experience working with print and physical media workflows.Comfortable working with various levels of stakeholders, from cross-functional partners to company leadership.Ability to manage multiple projects at once and proactively identify new projects.Ability to multitask, prioritize, and organize work to meet deadlines and requests.Proactive in developing efficient systems and identifying areas of process optimization.Understanding of content management systems and digital asset management best practices.Ability to succinctly communicate both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction on projects.Understanding of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.When you join Metropolis, you'll join a team of world-class product leaders and engineers, building an ecosystem of technologies at the intersection of parking, mobility, and real estate. The actual base pay offered is determined by a number of variables, including, as appropriate, the applicant's qualifications for the position, years of relevant experience, distinctive skills, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and the location of residence and/or place of employment.
