And to achieve this, we are looking for the best talent in the market!To conquer the American market, we are looking for a Marketing Director with a creative mindset and an entrepreneurial spirit.As the US Marketing Director, you will be in charge of scaling growth and brand awareness in this new strategic market. To do so, you will be helped by a local Marketing team, made of Senior Content and Senior Demand Gen, yet to hire. The Marketing global team based in Paris (10 people) will also be here to support you with knowledge and guidance.You will report both to our US Country Manager (Playplay's co-founder, based in NY) and our VP of Marketing (based in Paris).YOUR MISSIONSStrategy and managementRecruit and manage a team consisting of the following roles: Product Marketing, Demand Generation, Content, Analysts Relations, Field Marketing.Define the US marketing strategy: develop our US marketing objectives and build a roadmap to achieve those goals, with a yearly $1 million marketing budget.Collaborate closely with sales team by organizing sales and marketing routines; prioritize marketing efforts based on their needs and feedback.Validate our US product marketing approach: develop our ICP understanding for the US market, adapt the PlayPlay narrative, leverage our product launches into communication opportunities.Define our analyst strategy and build long lasting relationships with them (Gartner, Forester, etc.).Demand generation: build a marketing machine for the US marketLaunch paid marketing actions to generate qualified leads in a scalable and predictable manner, which includes: social ads, ads on reviews platforms such as G2 and Capterra, sponsored media, exhibitions, and more.Build a strong content strategy to attract TOFU leads and nurture our qualified leads throughout the funnel, including: blog posts, webinars, gated content, social posts.Build dashboards, define KPIs, and monitor the impact of your actions.Brand awareness & communicationBe the voice of PlayPlay in the US market: write thought leadership pieces, attend exhibitions as a speaker, organize webinars.Launch bold content actions such as an annual virtual conference to position PlayPlay as a category leader.Identify and organize relevant co-marketing opportunities to associate the PlayPlay brand to other relevant brands, already strong in the US.Build a smart PR calendar to make sure the PlayPlay brand is covered in top tier media publications.YOU'RE THE PERFECT MATCH IF...A solid track record of defining and implementing efficient strategies for our three key streams: growth & lead generation, content & branding, and product marketing.Competence and proven team management skills.Exceptional communication skills, both in written and verbal form.Data-driven mindset with a history of decision-making based on business metrics.At ease with B2B Marketing techstack: Hubspot, Salesforce, Hotjar, Google Analytics, SEMrush etc.Strong knowledge of communication & marketing personas is a plus.ABOUT YOUNative fluency in English required.This role reports out of our NYC office, we are currently reporting into the office 3 days a week!You have a minimum of 6 years working in a high ranking position in the field of marketing within a high-growth BtoB SaaS sales-led company.You are a creative person and have already led bold marketing initiatives.You are a strong believer in the power of content and storytelling.You love being a thought leader and you're no stranger to being a brand's spokesperson.Competitive salary + bonus scaled to your experience25 days of PTO401k plan with 3% matchingMedical, Vision and Dental Insurance Plans (100% coverage)A unique customer-centric working environment: at PlayPlay we have created a unique culture around our users.The ability to work on a truly innovative product.A unique working environment: at PlayPlay we think that team collaboration is key to achieving our ambitious goals.Creative: We don't like to take ourselves too seriously "” and we take this very seriously!
