With your conceptual ideas and scalable craft mastery, you will help ensure we deliver world-class creative work, and help bring Duolingo to new learners around the world. This role is part of the global brand studio team and will work closely with our performance marketing team, brand marketing team, social content team, and external partners.You Will...Lead development of new creative performance creative concepts, including the development of storyboards, and the creation of key assets for motion graphics editing.Partner with creative, social, design and performance marketing teams to develop high quality product focused creative videos and content.Collaborate with the performance marketing team to deliver experiments, iterations on best performing assets and new creative concepts driven from insights and learnings.Develop & experiment with new creative content across social media, campaigns, partnership collateral and new things we haven't developed yet.Collaborate with illustrators, designers and animators to bring a cohesive brand experience to the world across marketing touchpoints.Conduct testing on your designs, capture insights, and seamlessly integrate these findings into iterative design improvements.You Have...Proven ability to ship crafted performance marketing creative with experience in either agency, brand or ideally both.Experience in A/B tests to gather data-driven insights that optimize designs and develop hypotheses to inform design decisions.Ability to balance craft, critical thinking, and business needs to deliver meaningful impact.Vast understanding of our product and how to translate product benefits into compelling creative.Portfolio that showcases breadth of creative thinking and design executions beyond performance creative, including social media and multi-medium campaigns.Ability to work in high-level content strategy and hands-on design tasks with extreme attention to detail.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, forward-thinking creative, proactivity and critical thinking skills.Proficiency in the Adobe Suite, Figma and knowledge in motion & video editing is a requirement.Ability to lead your own projects with autonomy.Produced industry award winning brand creative work.Working proficiency in more than one language.Experience with illustration design systems and character animation.A passion for education, memes, culture, and language.Duolingo is proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
