Senior Omnichannel Digital Media Manager (f/m/d)Any additional information you require for this job can be found in the below text Make sure to read thoroughly, then apply.ApplyLocations: Aurora, ILTime Type: Full timePosted on: Posted 2 Days AgoJob Requisition ID: R_00076158Working at Freudenberg: We will wow your world!Responsibilities:Plan and optimize O-Cedar's digital media strategy and campaigns including SEM, Paid Social, Google Ads, CTV and YouTube, as well as online Retailer Media Network ad strategy including the TikTok Shop Affiliate Program in partnership with media agencies.Oversee the creation and execution of the TikTok Media program, in collaboration with the Brand team.Engage with key Sales team stakeholders to understand their media needs and align retail media strategies with their expectations and goals.Optimize media strategies to maximize effectiveness and achieve key performance indicators. Plan, measure and report on findings from the A/B testing strategy for media messaging, ad creative and ad targeting collaborating with the Brand team.Analyze and develop media reporting highlights from agency reporting data to analyze KPIs/benchmarks and to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement of media.Leverage GA4 and Retailer Media reporting tools to review media performance to make recommendations for improvements and optimization of overall digital media tactics and ad spend.Qualifications:BA/BS degree in Marketing or related field strongly preferred. Google Ads and GA4 Certifications.10+ years of work experience in a Digital Media function (with a portion of that being digital agency experience a plus).Experience working with digital Retailer Media Groups (such as Amazon, Target, Walmart).Demonstrated experience leading and managing digital ad campaign strategy from concept to execution on Meta, Google, YouTube, Connected TV, and TikTok.Prior experience in budget strategy (working with Key Account Managers) and managing multi-million dollar budgets.Solid understanding of A/B strategy.Thrives in team collaboration, while being analytical and having strong reporting skills.The Freudenberg Group is an equal opportunity employer that is committed to diversity and inclusion.
