Throughout the course of this premiere internship program, interns have the unique opportunity to take on leadership roles within Aramark while participating in structured program activities and development exercises.Opportunities within the S2L program are focused in seven Career Tracks within our business and provide key milestone experiences specific to each Career Track. The S2L Program also offers a series of professional development trainings to supplement the learning that occurs through structured account experiences and on-the-job learning. S2L interns can expect:A paid 10-12-week experienceCareer readiness training & coachingDirect engagement with peers, mentors, and managersProfessional network & personal brand developmentStructured career path conversations and learning development programs in preparation for potential full-time placementAramark's S2L Program is committed to fostering communities rooted in service, inclusion, and shared prosperity, empowering all individuals to make an impact!Job ResponsibilitiesThe Intern will have the opportunity to work in multiple departments which will include Sales, Conference Planning, Food and Beverage, and Marketing. The ideal candidate will be highly motivated with a creative eye and strong analytical skills and a passion for hospitality. The intern will support the Sales & Marketing department with a variety of tasks to meet sales and planning goals. The intern requires a range of practical and people skills, as well as knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.Updating Hotel PR / Marketing MaterialsCompetitive Hotel Research (packages, social media)Guest Experience Initiatives to increase our scores on major review sites through reputation managementAssisting with programming events on propertyDigital Ad and Website Audits (ensuring approved language is being used)Organizing Hotel Marketing AssetsWebsite UpdatesAssisting with Influencer initiativesAssisting with Collateral, Swag (giveaways) ideation and production Competencies and ExperienceExcellent verbal, written communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated ability to identify errors, problems, and opportunities and effectively problem-solveAssist Sales with site visits, cold calls and contracting to learn all functions of the sales processAssist Planning with detailing group needs with all departments involved on a continuous basis to ensure a seamless execution of servicesWork with Catering on events through the booking and executing of socials.QualificationsOpen to those actively pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in any field of study.
