You will focus on building an easy-to-use marketplace on the web, driving rapid iteration. You'll be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and optimizing the marketplace experience.HOW YOU'LL CONTRIBUTE:You will lead the entire design process of our digital product from initial research, ideation, conceptualization, and design, to testing and validation.You will collaborate effectively with our engineering team, ideating and planning high-impact initiatives and designing the necessary elements for successful implementation.You will utilize a diverse array of design techniques, from initial sketches and wireframes to comprehensive mockups and prototypes, effectively communicating your vision to both team members and stakeholders.You will employ both qualitative feedback and quantitative data to guide design decisions, focusing on user needs while also propelling business growth.You will champion a user-centric approach in design, aligning every feature with user needs and Project Healthy Minds' core values and goals.REQUIREMENTS:3-7+ years of experience designing web-first digital products as part of a multidisciplinary team.Deep understanding of the Service Design and UX Design disciplines.Proven experience and knowledge on implementation and facilitation of the overall design process, using a variety of methodologies (Process Mapping, User Journey Mapping, User Story Mapping, Wireframing, UI prototyping, User Testing, etc.).Experience with industry-standard design and research tools (Adobe CC, Sketch, Figma, InVision, User testing, etc.).Experience in designing, building, and managing a Design System across our ecosystem of products and services.Strong communication and organizational skills with the ability to deal with ambiguity while juggling multiple priorities.NICE TO HAVES:You have experience at scrappy, small startups.You have strong written and verbal communication with the ability to communicate complex ideas and technical knowledge through writing.You are passionate about the mental health space.WHAT WE OFFERCompetitive compensation.Competitive medical, dental, and vision benefits.Paid holidays and generous PTO.Life insurance.Short-term and long-term disability.Spring Health mental healthcare.Commuter benefits.Perks at Work.Experience joining a dynamic start-up environment that is re-writing the playbook for social change in the mental health tech space.Benefits of joining a close-knit, highly-motivated team with mentorship opportunities from founding leaders, Advisors, and Board members.Learning & Development opportunities, including free MasterClass subscriptions.Opportunity to attend inspiring experiences and events with thought leaders, business executives, and iconic speakers across a range of industries.And more (just ask!).The annual salary for this role is $130,000 - $200,000, depending on experience, skills, and other relevant considerations.EEO Guidelines: Project Healthy Minds is an Equal Opportunity Employer and does not discriminate on the basis of an individual's sex, age, race, color, creed, national origin, alienage, religion, marital status, pregnancy, sexual orientation or affectional preference, gender identity and expression, disability, genetic trait or predisposition, carrier status, citizenship, veteran or military status and other personal characteristics protected by law.
