Mobile Health is growing, and we are looking for amazing people to join our team!LocationThis position is 100% remote; this position does not require travel other than for special occasions like conferences or events or departmental meetings.OverviewMobile Health is seeking a Marketing Manager with an emphasis on copy writing skills. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing marketing campaigns, can transform ideas into a strategy, and a strategy into executing a program. This position will report to, and work closely with, our Director of Business Development to execute and manage day-to-day marketing programs, report on key performance indicators, and make recommendations for improvement. Strong writing skills, with a demonstrated history of producing great marketing copy, is required. This position will develop content strategy for Mobile Health's platforms and channels and work across departments to assist in the development of training material and collateral.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop marketing plans with specific objectives across various channels and segmentsLead the execution of marketing programs, leveraging internal support and working with agency partnersAnalyze customer insights, trends, market analysis, and align with marketing and advertising best practices to build successful programsAnalyze data across all paid, owned, and earned channels and create insights that can be summarized into actionable changes to improve our performanceDevelop communication plans for all channels, including tactics to support the Mobile Health Sales TeamDevelop persuasive content to support all communication platforms, such as: social media, Mobile Health website, direct sales outreach, sales collateral, and customer trainingUtilize SEO best practices when developing content to capture organic growthEdit and proofread copy with a high attention to detailCreate and fine-tune the Mobile Health value proposition, tone, and visual identity and work diligently to protect our brand in all mediumsDevelop thorough buyer/user personas with the ability to create headlines and copy that align with the target audience's needs and clearly communicate Mobile Health's value propositionExperienced with SEO and a thorough understanding of Google AnalyticsExperience & EducationBachelor's degree (BA) from four-year college or university, concentration in marketing, statistical analysis, or related field a plus, or a commensurate level of experience with a demonstrated depth of knowledgeDemonstrated understanding of sales and marketing terminology, tools, and related acumenStrong communication and presentation skillsDemonstrated knowledge of CRM software, marketing automation, and analyticsSalesforce Administrator certification highly preferredIncredible critical thinking and problem-solving skillsBenefitsCompetitive salary and performance-based incentivesComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance plans401(K) plansPaid time off and holidaysProfessional development opportunitiesFlexible working arrangementsWhy Mobile Health?Mobile Health has disrupted the industry since 1984.
