Location: Montgomery, NY and Fishkill, NY Job Description: The marketing assistant will be responsible for supporting our marketing efforts across various channels, including social media, our website, and video content. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about marketing and has a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities: Develop and publish job postings to attract top talent, ensuring postings are clear, concise, and aligned with our company's brand.Create engaging thumbnails for our videos and social media posts to capture the attention of our target audience using tools like Canva and Adobe.Manage our social media accounts, including YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter. Create, schedule, and post content regularly to increase engagement.Maintain and update our website, ensuring all content is current and relevant.Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various platforms.Monitor and report on the performance of our marketing activities. Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis. Qualifications: Self-starter: a person who can work effectively without regularly needing instruction on what to do.Associate's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.Proven experience in a marketing or similar role.Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Canva.Experience with website management platforms.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
