Job Summary We are seeking a Capital Markets Lead Financial Analyst/Consultant to join the Treasury's Capital Markets & Financing Department of This Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing debt capital markets to identify emerging trends in support of This Company's global financing strategies, ensuring that the group maintains ready access to financial markets to meet its expansionary requirements. The position requires extensive knowledge of debt capital markets and will require the candidate to lead many aspects of corporate debt issuances. This position involves heavy interaction with senior finance management as well as project development and bank relationship teams. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and provide reports on capital markets focusing on energy-related sectors. Assist in structuring, pricing, and negotiating debt issuances including conventional and Islamic structures such as syndicated revolver facilities and bilateral credit facilities. Develop hedging strategies to manage interest rate risks associated with long-term debt issuances. Collaborate with legal and investor relations teams in capital markets due diligence including shelf-registration activities and preparation of information memoranda for potential investors. Contribute to the formulation and implementation of financing strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance financial flexibility at the group level. Represent This Company in joint venture financing projects and various committees or task forces related to financing matters. Provide training and mentorship to junior staff members to support their professional development. Requirements: Willingness to relocate to Dhahran, Saudi Arabia. Hold a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting. An MBA is preferred. Possess a minimum of 7 years of experience in the oil & gas industry or leading a debt capital market structuring/syndication team. Possess a financial certification such as CPA, CMA, CTP, or CFA. Have extensive experience in securing a corporate credit rating or a relevant understanding of rating agencies. Capable of interfacing with senior management in an advisory capacity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
