Responsibilities:Is this the role you are looking for If so read on for more details, and make sure to apply today.Formulate and execute comprehensive marketing plans, policies, and strategies that align with organizational goals and respond to market trends and consumer demands.Lead the development and execution of promotional campaigns, including tradeshows, events, and other marketing initiatives to increase product and service visibility in target markets.Gather, track, and analyze data from various marketing campaigns to assess performance metrics, customer engagement, and ROI. Leverage insights to optimize future campaigns and activities.Develop and manage marketing budgets, evaluate campaign expenditures, and ensure cost-efficiency. Collaborate with financial teams to estimate potential sales and allocate resources effectively.Partner with product development, sales, and buying teams to forecast product demand and ensure the alignment of marketing strategies with product launches and availability.Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns through data analysis and performance reviews. Adjust strategies, content, or channels as necessary to maximize impact and meet KPIs.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior to ensure that marketing efforts remain relevant and innovative.Provide regular updates and reports to senior management, key stakeholders, and cross-functional teams on campaign progress, budget adherence, and performance results.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on channel marketing or multi-channel campaign management.Strong understanding of marketing strategies, campaign execution, and budget management.Proficiency in data analysis tools and marketing platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems).Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and adapt to changing market conditions.Skills and Competencies:Analytical mindset with a strong ability to interpret data and use insights to guide marketing strategies.Creative and strategic thinker capable of developing innovative marketing solutions.Strong leadership and team management abilities.Experience managing events, tradeshows, and large-scale promotional activities.Expertise in evaluating marketing effectiveness and optimizing spend for maximum ROI.#J-18808-Ljbffr
