Position OverviewMake sure to read the full description below, and please apply immediately if you are confident you meet all the requirements.The Digital Content Specialist manage and oversees large volumes of digital assets and product-related documentation for our B2B eCommerce website. This role places a strong emphasis on sourcing, editing, resizing, and uploading product images, as well as managing technical documents such as SDS, sell sheets, and ingredient disclosures. The Specialist will leverage technical and creative abilities manage and maintain digital assets within a DAM or similar content management system.This position is a remote position working from your home office and can be located anywhere in the US.Responsibilities Include:Digital Asset & Document Management:Source, edit, and upload product images across eCommerce platforms, ensuring they meet technical specifications and brand standards.Ensure product pages in the PIM are enriched with accurate images, technical documents, and vendor-supplied videos.Enhance and resize images using Adobe Photoshop for optimal quality and consistency.Manage large volumes of digital assets, ensuring organization, accuracy, naming conventions, and accessibility within a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.Import and manage product documentation, including SDS, sell sheets, and ingredient disclosures, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure assets support marketing initiatives and business goals.Work with external vendors or suppliers to source up-to-date digital assets.Image Editing & Optimization:Use Adobe Photoshop or similar software to enhance image quality, adjust color, and ensure visual consistency.Resize images for multiple use cases, including product pages, thumbnails, and marketing materials, ensuring optimal performance across devices and platforms.Maintain visual consistency and quality by adhering to established guidelines for image size, format, and resolution.The ideal candidate will have:Minimum of 3 years of experience managing digital assets and documentation for an eCommerce platform.Experience working with and managing assets within a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system or similar content management system.Proficient in Adobe Photoshop or similar image editing software, with a strong focus on image resizing, optimization, and quality enhancement.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage large volumes of digital files.Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, vendors, and suppliers.Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to product documentation, such as SDS and technical disclosures.Photography skills are a plus but not required.This position offers a competitive starting salary and comprehensive benefits program.#J-18808-Ljbffr
