As a Brand Guardian, you will ensure executional excellence across all global touchpoints, including packaging innovation, digital, print, and physical experiences. You will also be responsible for acquiring top-tier beauty talent and fostering a winning beauty culture within the team.Key Responsibilities:Lead the Neutrogena packaging design execution, turning it into a significant brand-building advantage by driving a full brand breakthrough packaging vision and its implementation.Drive strategies that match the brand vision and ensuring executional excellence across all consumer journey touchpoints backed by data and research.Inspire a culture of beauty and design excellence, Keep abreast of the latest trends in beauty, packaging design, materials, and finishing, applying this knowledge to forge cutting-edge solutions.Roll out brand distinctive assets consistently and creatively across all brand touchpoints to deliver consistent and delightful experiences throughout the consumer journey.Effectively communicate design vision and strategy to senior stakeholders across different departments, ensuring alignment with business objectives.Build and orchestrate a team of designers from diverse disciplines to develop innovative and impactful design solutions that drive brand growth.Champion and uphold Executional Excellence Standards for Distinctive & Consistent Brand Experiences and Human-Centered Innovation in partnership with cross-functional teams.Act as a Brand Guardian, ensuring the brand's distinctive assets and messaging are consistently applied across all marketing channels, protecting the brand from any potential threats, and maintaining the quality of all branded materials.Drive and ensure global consistency by leading rigorous brand governance.Manage a team of international designers from Singapore to New York, partner with agencies. This role will manage a team of 5-9 (full-time, freelance, and contract).What we are looking forRequired Qualifications:A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Design or a related field required.A minimum of 10+ years of experience in brand design.Strong background in beauty, preferably with experience at tier one beauty companies.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful design strategies.Strong understanding of the design process from concept to execution.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in working both autonomously and within a team.Experience with cross-functional collaboration.Passion for design and a commitment to innovation.People leadership and management experience.Desired Qualifications:Passionate about design within the beauty and dermatology category, with a strong portfolio demonstrating creative excellence.Meticulous attention to detail, excellent typography & color management skills.Inspire and contribute to a collaborative and innovative environment.Flexible, open team player with a positive attitude and ability to work autonomously in an international context.What's in it for youAnnual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $119,000 to $205,850.
