Join our smart, creative team at our office in Elmwood Park, NJ.Experience, qualification, and soft skills, have you got everything required to succeed in this opportunity Find out below.Key Responsibilities:Participate in the preparation of proposals, statement of qualifications, and letters of interest.Prepare and maintain marketing materials including qualifications, project sheets, resumes, business certificates, and company promotional presentations.Experience with desktop publishing including Adobe InDesign and Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, Deltek Vision/Vantagepoint experience a plus.Update and maintain client and project database in company CRM.Track and research project opportunities and participate in go/no-go decisions.Preparation of company presentations and other material for client interviews.Detail oriented with ability to demonstrate both excellent written and communication skills.Ability to thrive in a deadline driven environment.Key Characteristics and Credentials:Self-Motivated, forward thinking and highly organized with demonstrated proficiency in creating marketing materials.Exceptional communication skills in written, verbal, and visual forms.Strong organizational skills.Ability to identify and seek needed information and work under time constraints.Proactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to work in a team environment.Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Design, In-Design and other desktop publishing programs.Key Experience and Background:Post secondary degree in Marketing, communications or equivalent level of experience.Minimum of 2 years of professional marketing experience with engineering firms, or similar professional services (A/E/C firms).
