About this role: The Relationship Manager (RM) serves as the Archer client advocate and works closely with the Client Platform Specialists and Operations personnel to deliver a high level of proactive client service. The RM will establish and maintain an intimate, consultative business partnership by responding to client inquiries, driving service delivery solutions, and expanding the overall business footprint. The Relationship Manager will also bring extensive business knowledge and own/manage client project requests with both internal and external resource teams. The RM will serve as a resource for others on the Client Experience team (including new hires) and participate in the corporate Training and development program. The candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to a strong client experience. The candidate must be a team player and drive execution across multiple internal teams including: Business Development, Implementations, Operations, and Technology. Responsibilities: Develop strong relationships with client "˜Economic buyer' Ownership of client master agreements and manage list of services Manage customer needs, business drivers and service requirements Ability to articulate best practices and make business process recommendations Drive regular client meetings/calls with project updates, ongoing status, and platform release details Expand the scope of existing business relationships Act as a mentor for less tenured staff - coordinate training sessions, as required Position Requirements/Desired Skills: The ideal candidate will have/be: Must have at least 10 years of experience in a related financial services role(s) BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred Exceptional client service, advocacy, and relationship development skills Expertise in coordinating across multi-functional teams Superior verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks: outstanding organization and follow up skills are a must A team player, who can also effectively operate independently as the situation dictates Expected travel approximately 10- 20% We are a proud Equal Opportunity Employer#J-18808-Ljbffr
