Communication and follow-up is a key success factor.Apply now, read the job details by scrolling down Double check you have the necessary skills before sending an application.Perform PMF programmatics for assigned IT project(s) (sct1edule, control gates, prepare slides, distribute minutes, review/verify deliverables, etc)Track project schedule in both MSProject and PMTool/other Customer data/visualization toolsPerform technical writing/ project documentationVersion control draft and baseline documentationTrack Team/Project Action ItemsProject Purchasing, documentation and researchDevelop project schedules, timelinesDevelop and present briefingsProduce Project status reportsLeverage experience across the Group, and external officesCreate/update project documentation to include PMF deliverablesCoordinate with Customer's security elements for Project Certification and AccreditationRequirements:Candidates must already possess a current and active TS/SCI with FSP clearance to be considered for this positionExperience managing technical/IT projects for the Customer; managing technical resources, working through control gates, technical review boards, Customer: managing technical resources, working through control gates, technical review boards, Customer acceptanceStrong understanding of Customer field environmentAbility to work/coordinate with internal/external Customers/Vendors to gather requirements, develop plans and execute to budgets/timelines as required.Ability to work and deliver on short suspense tasking/products in a fast paced potentially stressful environmentExcellent wriuen and oral communication skills.Ability to effectively manage several projects simultaneously in a rapidly paced environmentExperience with Customer's Project Management Framework.Creates, incorporates, implements changes to schedule(s)NOTE:Years of Experience Required: 8+ yearsRequired Education Level/Major: BS Management Information Systems or BS in another Management or IT field with emphasis on project managementPMP and ITIL Foundations Certification is highly desirable#J-18808-Ljbffr
