The Marketing Manager - PR & Influencer will spearhead media and influencer relations for PRO STANDARD, creating and maintaining relationships that maximize exposure, generate impressions, and ultimately build Brand Awareness. With a deep understanding of PRO STANDARD's target consumers, the Marketing Manager - PR & Influencer will maintain an understanding of key media outlets and influencers who are meaningful and impact target consumer behavior, converting that knowledge into authentic brand relationships. Communicating strategic brand and product stories through media and influencer relations will be the key focus.Apply now, read the job details by scrolling down Double check you have the necessary skills before sending an application.Duties/Responsibilities:Develop and maintain brand relationships with new and existing influencers and media contacts.Distribute strategic PRO STANDARD product to influencers and media on a regular basis.Maintain updated contact information and addresses for all key influencers and media contacts.Integrate influencer and PR opportunities into collaborations, campaigns, events, and other brand initiatives.Help develop a marketing PR seeding strategy amongst various tiers of influencers.Develop and maintain a distribution process working closely with operations to execute flawlessly.Build brand awareness by seeding influencers while creating PR opportunities through social and digital communications.Establish a structured process of managing influencer relationships through planning, calendars, and budgets.Work with the GM of DTC to ensure seeding efforts can help grow the brand online.Strategize with marketing managers of events and retail to bring excitement to the newest collections and build revenue-driving, storytelling moments.Work cross-functionally with marketing and executive team on consumer and brand events to ensure key activations are supported through relevant influencer partnerships.Monitor the company's social media platforms for any influencer engagement or brand awareness.Regularly reach out and pitch media partners on major product and brand initiatives.Continuously monitor media for PRO STANDARD brand mentions.Seed key media partners with PRO STANDARD product on a regular basis.Maintain a record of sizes and preferred teams for all influencer and media contacts.Develop and distribute brand media kits.Conduct research on brand competitors and marketing trends to assist the marketing team in planning new campaigns.Prepare and compose weekly and monthly seasonal impressions PowerPoints for the management and sales team.Maintain a deep understanding of current and emerging trends and capabilities.Potential seasonal travel within the US for marketable events.Required Skills/Abilities:Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment while working on multiple projects simultaneously.Strong knowledge of sports and fashion.Excellent multitasking and organizational abilities.Undergraduate degree in marketing, communications, or a similar field.Knowledge of marketing strategies, tactics, and tools.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience with social media platforms, and data tracking tools associated with them.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices.Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite with advanced Excel skills.Interpersonal and relationship management skills.Communicates efficiently and effectively across all levels of management.Benefits and Culture:Flexible, entrepreneurial, and inspirational office environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
