The candidate lives to tell clear stories through the art of developing impactful imagery, infographics, and data visualizations while making complex layouts and topics easy to digest. Work can range from informative and technical sales enablement materials to abstract and conceptual presentations. Your work will have great impact helping to bring about a compelling narrative to clients and prospects, highlighting The Trade Desk's benefits as a leader in the digital advertising industry. You will work within the global Sales Strategy team, supporting immediate team members and Business Development and Client Service stakeholders across NAMER, EMEA, and APAC.The ideal candidate will have experience working across a diverse range of presentations and collateral and possess exceptional design skills. S/he should have a penchant for maintaining consistent branding and a deep passion for creating work that drives results. This person should be a self-starter, able to work independently and also collaborate with other team members and stakeholders "” both locally and across different regions and time zones.In this role, you will:Work within our established brand identity and maintain consistent branding across all our presentations and sales enablement materials such as PowerPoint decks, one-sheets, and other deliverablesHave strong typography and layout/text formatting skillsPossess strong branding, storytelling, pacing, and visualization skillsAble to synthesize complicated information, making it easy to understandLove making interesting infographics rooted in dataReport to and work with the Sr. Manager, Sales Strategy Presentation Design for building out effective, on-brand presentations and sales materialsCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure clear communication amongst presentation designers and key stakeholdersBe collaborative and able to address feedback from various teamsWilling to exercise assertive stakeholder management pertaining to respectfulness of process and SLAsBe curious, love learning new techniques and testing new hypothesesBe a nice human :)Who you are:6+ years of creative experienceBFA, Fine Arts/ Graphic Design (or similar)Expert in PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)Team player who can work in a group and independentlyClear communicator with excellent collaboration skillsDesign aficionado with an impressive portfolio which exhibits strong use of typography, color, and graphic elements (and a clean visual design sense)Trendsetter who is always seeking the latest and greatest in presentation designRelationship builder who can reach out across internal teamsCreative thinker with the curiosity to learn all things programmatic and the nuances of the advertising technology industrySelf-starter with a "let's roll up our sleeves and get it done" attitudeNY, CO, CA, and WA residents only: In accordance with NY, CO, CA, and WA law, the range provided is The Trade Desk's reasonable estimate of the base compensation for this role. The actual amount may differ based on non-discriminatory factors such as experience, knowledge, skills, abilities, and location. All employees may be eligible to become The Trade Desk shareholders through eligibility for stock-based compensation grants, which are awarded to employees based on company and individual performance. The Trade Desk also offers other compensation depending on the role such as sales-based incentives and commissions. Plus, expected benefits for this role include comprehensive healthcare (medical, dental, and vision) with premiums paid in full for employees and dependents, retirement benefits such as a 401k plan and company match, short and long-term disability coverage, basic life insurance, well-being benefits, reimbursement for certain tuition expenses, parental leave, sick time of 1 hour per 30 hours worked, vacation time for full-time employees up to 120 hours thru the first year and 160 hours thereafter, and around 13 paid holidays per year.
