Join SolarWinds and grow with us!Your Role:As the Federal Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the SolarWinds marketing team, helping us accelerate demand within the public sector segment by strategically developing, managing, and executing field programs and campaigns specifically targeting the Department of Defense and Federal system integrator segments.In this role, you will be responsible for building brand awareness, account-based marketing, thought leadership recognition, and creating demand with DOD and federal system integrators across the US. You will be responsible for devising marketing programs to generate quality leads and sales pipeline, stimulating the acceleration of the sales cycle, and building customer relationships. You will partner closely with our SLED sales teams to deliver and accelerate their pipeline and support their enablement needs in exceeding objectives and revenue goals within the SLED segment.Your Impact:Work closely with the SolarWinds FED sales and marketing leadership team to create the annual DOD and FSI marketing plan and define marketing goals.Execute the appropriate integrated mix of marketing strategy & tactics including web, events, integrated digital campaigns, and influencer strategies to drive lead acquisition and develop a healthy pipeline to help achieve sales revenue goals.Collaborate with the broader marketing organization to build SolarWind's value proposition for FED DOD and federal system integrators across different platforms.Forecast and measure the impact of the marketing plan on sales cycles while analyzing program results, optimizing as needed.Act as the subject-matter expert, maintain ongoing communications and be the go-to marketing resource with the FED sales leaders, sales reps, BDRs, marketing communications, and product marketing teams.Assist Sales leadership in understanding, participating, and obtaining buy-in for field marketing programs.Partner with channel management to develop marketing strategies to acquire new customers.Develop integrated marketing campaigns for to-, with- and through-partner execution!Your Experience: Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent work experienceA minimum of 5 years of experience marketing to Federal agency audiences - Enterprise B-to-B SaaS or IT preferred5+ years of related experience executing integrated marketing campaigns, demand generation programs, and events that drive leads, pipeline, and revenue for both direct and through partner salesExperienced at supporting and partnering with sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targetsExcellent communicator and team player - Ability to manage projects and clearly communicate your results back to stakeholdersDetail-orientated and able to prioritize work based on deadlines and impact on the businessAbility to be self-motivated and able to drive and run programs independentlyData-driven, analytical mindset. Must have a strong background in tracking, analysis, and reporting the effectiveness of marketing plans Preferred Qualifications Experience working with channels, partners, and distributors including Carahsoft, AWS, MicrosoftPrior experience deploying account-based- marketing programsPrior experience with Salesforce, Marketo, even better if you have used account-based marketing platforms such as Demand Base or 6SenseSolarWinds is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
