If you are a visionary brand builder and strategic marketer looking to make a significant impact in a high-growth organization, we invite you to apply and be part of our dynamic team!Key Responsibilities:Strategic Brand Strategy Development: Lead the formulation of brand strategies that drive growth in existing locations and pave the way for expansion into new markets. Utilize a deep understanding of the food and retail industry to shape our brand's direction. Create comprehensive brand language training while actively monitoring and reinforcing the team's adherence to the established brand language and behavior.Data-Driven Approach: Proficiently collect, analyze, and leverage analytical data to deliver measurable results. Use insights to refine strategies and optimize marketing initiatives for maximum impact through SEO/SEM, marketing database, website, and social media.Performance Measurement: Measure and analyze marketing effectiveness to optimize efficiencies and drive continuous improvement. Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies to optimize campaign performance and ROI.Integrated Brand Image: Develop and implement a cohesive brand image and messaging across all advertising, packaging, and promotional channels.Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing leadership in marketing efforts. Guide project prioritization and ensure exceptional execution across various departments.Market Research and Analysis: Oversee market research, competitor analyses, and customer experience strategies in collaboration with digital and operations teams. Stay current on industry trends and algorithm changes.Ideation and Innovation: Lead and conduct effective brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas that push the boundaries and contribute to the growth of the brand.Marketing Initiative Management: Direct the implementation and execution of marketing initiatives from inception to completion.Creative Evaluation: Assess and enhance creative advertising and promotional strategies, ensuring compelling communication reaches our target consumers effectively.Marketing Collateral: Supervise the development and distribution of all marketing collateral.Budget Management: Experience owning and managing the marketing budget, identifying opportunities for more effective utilization.Communication and Leadership: Foster effective internal and external communication in the organization to liaise about promotions and new developments. Collaborate with external partners and businesses to promote awareness of the brand.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree (B.A.) in Marketing or related field and 8+ years marketing experience required.Proven track record at a senior level in brand strategy development and marketing within the food and retail industry.The preferred candidate will have experience building and executing a customer loyalty program.Experience directing and leading relationships with outside agencies.Self-motivated with strong sense of accountability, initiative, and the ability to work collaboratively to attain results that meet the business needs.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.Excellent project management and prioritization skills.Strong leadership and communication abilities.Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and customer experience strategies.Budget management experience.Creative thinker with a passion for innovation.#J-18808-Ljbffr
