The Role Aquarian Holdings is seeking an exceptional individual to join the Client Services team as a Relationship Manager. This role will be a critical member of the inaugural Client Services Team, one of three roles at inception and will report to the Partner and Head of the Client Services team. This position is located in New York City. Responsibilities: Responsible for building, scaling and maintaining client service coverage for Aquarian ecosystem, which includes insurance companies and other institutional investors. Requirements include but are not limited to: Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages. Regulatory reporting, investment portfolio analysis, quarterly analysis and other external reporting requirements. Assist with creation of governance documents, policies and procedures for making and maintaining investments. Manage compliance reporting on behalf of clients. Liaise with Investment Operations team on other requirements for clients. Partner with the CFO function in assisting clients with strategic asset allocation and tactical allocation consideration. Creation and maintenance of institutional marketing requirements. Management and oversight of junior team member. Ideal profile and characteristics: MBA or 6-10 years of buy side experience. 6+ years of Asset Management experience a must, insurance or financial services specialty, a plus. Deep interest in strategic initiatives, building sales and business development. Experience in developing and maintaining client reporting. Deep understanding of credit/fixed income investing and associated operational requirements. Highly process oriented, yet entrepreneurial. Strong verbal and inter-personal skills, while comfortable with quantitative analysis. Strong presentation skills. #J-18808-Ljbffr
