The base pay actually offered may vary based upon candidate's skills and experience, job-related knowledge, licensure and certifications, geographic location, and other specific business and organizational needs.Line Of Business: MarketingJob Description:The Marketing Manager is a highly seasoned marketing professional that leads cross-functional projects contributing to development and/or execution of marketing plans/programs/projects/strategies by designing and delivering marketing solutions/insights consistent with TD's marketing standards and strategies, in support of business results, customer engagement and experience.This role is an integral part of Marketing's new Copy & Content Review team and will be a critical component to ensuring that Marketing remains in compliance with associated regulations through the review of asset content and copy, key controls and processes, while serving as a key stakeholder in Marketing's campaign management process.Depth & Scope:Manages multiple marketing projects/programs/initiatives of moderate scope and complexityHighly seasoned marketing professional role requiring substantial knowledge/expertise in a complex field and knowledge of broader related areasIntegrates knowledge of the enterprise sub-function's or business line's overarching strategy in developing solutions across multiple functions or operationsInterprets internal/external business challenges and the industry environment, recommends course of action and best practices to improve products, processes or servicesActs as a technical expert/lead integrating cross-function understanding within their own field of specialtyLeads cross-functional teams or projectsIndependently manages end-to-end functional programsSolves or may lead others to solve complex problems;
