Responsible for bringing design solutions to life which adhere to marketing strategies and business goals. Uses in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques to manage projects efficiently.Do you have the following skills, experience and drive to succeed in this role Find out below.ExpectationsDesigns forward-thinking, results-focused, visually engaging assets in print and digital formats to meet strategic marketing and business goals across all channels.Develops innovative design solutions through research, brainstorming, concepting, sketching, and prototyping.Communicates and presents design concepts and ideas to stakeholders, using mockups, sketches, wireframes, and prototypes.Owns design projects from ideation to delivery efficiently using in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles, and layout techniques.Updates marketing materials in collaboration with creative team and stakeholders.Updates design processes in collaboration with the Creative Director.Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.Provide feedback and guidance to internal and external partners, reviewing work for accuracy and adherence to design standards.Stays current on design trends and industry best practices, continuously seeking to improve skills and efficiency.Performs other duties as assigned.Education - RequiredBachelor's Degree in Graphic design, visual arts or related fieldExperience/skillsMinimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a robust portfolio showcasing a variety of projectsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and Figma.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)Proficiency in cloud file management tools such as Box, Google Drive, or Dropbox.Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on user experience.Strong knowledge of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout, and ability to apply them to different media and contexts.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging stakeholders and teammates.Self-motivated, and collaborative, with the capacity to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.Attention to detail, quality, and openness to feedback and iterations.Knowledge with HTML and front-end web developmentRecent UX knowledgeProficiency in motion design in After EffectsIllustration or storyboarding experienceKnowledge of financial services and mortgagesCompensationThe base salary range for this position is ($55,000 - $80,000), inclusive of all geographical differences in the labor market. The base salary for the position will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's work location, skills, education, and experience. In addition to those factors, we believe in the importance of pay equity and consider the internal equity of our current team members in determining any final offer.
