The Lead Director, Medicare Marketing Strategic Planning will play a critical role in enabling, optimizing and advancing the Aetna's Medicare Marketing. This role will serve as a key member of the Medicare Marketing leadership team, and strategic planner for the VP of Medicare Marketing. This role will provide strategic marketing planning, program management, and future-forward exploration.Lead integrated, cross-functional marketing planning and coordinate cross enterprise initiatives related to Medicare marketingBring together campaigns and planning across Acquisition, Conversion and RetentionDevelop and lead operating plan. Develop annual view, oversee milestones, surface and manage for risks, solve for roadblocks to enable the team including the development of mitigation plan in partnership with the leadership team as neededLead strategic initiatives & exploration of future opportunitySupport the development and execution of department level initiatives such as research plans, goal setting andcolleague engagement plansDevelop Executive reporting & proactive communication materialsLead monthly staff meetings, Sr Leader meetings, town-halls and other meetings as requested by setting the agenda, coordinating materials/speakers, ensuring presentations are ready, leading sessions and ensuring follow-up on action items.Required Qualifications10+ years of experience in Marketing, Agencies or Consulting roles10+ years of experience managing cross functional initiatives with a high degree of complexityPrior consulting and/or project management experienceExpertise with executive level communication and project managementPreferred QualificationsHealthcare or Medicare experienceHighly organized, forward-thinking, curious, thoughtful, collaborativePassionate about consumer marketing and serving the needs of the Medicare consumerProven ability to deliver results in complex /fast paced environment with senior and executive leader quality and professionalismProven ability to lead planning initiatives to develop and support business goals, organizational design, and successfully execute on corporate projects/initiatives.Strong strategic, critical thinking, and analytic abilities; ability to contribute to and guide strategic planning discussions, develop business cased andAbility to influence outcomes in a matrix environmentEducationBachelor's Degree or equivalent (HS Diploma and 4 years of experience) requiredMasters preferredPay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is:$100,000.00 - $231,500.00This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
