CVS Media Exchange [CMX] is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for our suppliers, merchants, stores, GMs, brand advertisers, and agencies. Our full-funnel ad solutions leverage CVS's in-store and online data, extensive reach, and provide measurable results for our clientele. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, including self-service; these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, engage with CVS consumers, and convert CVS consumers to shoppers.The Senior Programmatic Inventory Manager will be responsible for growing our Premium Publisher and programmatic offerings, ensuring the overall success of CVS Media Exchange campaigns. This individual will own the curation, execution and optimization for O&O inventory ensuring that deals are set-up and optimized according to best practices. The right candidate will have a start-up mentality, be detail oriented, process driven and innovative seeking to establish new and efficient practices that drive campaign performance.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Establish new / cultivate existing relationships across key publisher organizations; including deal type and rate negotiations.Deal-id platform set-up and maintenance of catalog of deals across different demand channels.Analyze open-market and private marketplace spend to identify inventory opportunity areas.Provide creative deals solutions and inventory recommendations to the CMX Media team based on campaign goals and objectives.Perform regular deal maintenance and audits to maximize performance and revenue.Perform industry & trend research and analysis, and partner with our Strategic Partnerships team to identify unique, forward-thinking partnership opportunities.Routinely share ideas and opportunities with the goal of improving processes, performance, and best practices.Work ModelHybrid model with 3 onsite days/week at one of these locations:Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.Wellesley, MAWoonsocket, RINew York Soho area, NYChicago, ILBlue Bell, PAMinimum Requirements5+ years' programmatic experience, with a comprehensive understanding of the advertising landscape (SSP, DSP, agency, publishers, etc.)3+ years DSP Media Experience.2+ years' experience with programmatic deals either from the buyer and/or publisher perspective.Preferred QualificationsRetail media experience.SkillsExcellent organization, problem solving, planning and decision-making skills.Ability to organize and prioritize multiple projects, while meeting deadlines and successfully managing daily workload.Ability to share knowledge, lead, and develop others.Self-motivated, low ego team player with an ability to work well with other personalities.Comfortable with ambiguity and change.Demonstrated knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem dynamics and its key players.Proficient in Excel and data analysis tools.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.EducationBachelor's degree in relevant fields or equivalent (HS Diploma + 4 yrs experience) Required.Pay RangeThe typical pay range for this role is: $79,200.00 - $174,200.00. This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
