We go beyond the obvious, using intelligence, passion and creativity to inspire new thinking and shape the world we live in.All candidates should make sure to read the following job description and information carefully before applying.To start a career that is out of the ordinary, please apply...Job DetailsWe are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer - Marketplace, Analytics and Data Visualization to join our organization to provide best-in-class visual design and usability for our leading-edge insights platform.What you'll do:Design interfaces that are exciting, beautiful, and usableVisualize data and build intuitive, outstanding dashboardsEvolve high level visual concepts into pixel-perfect designsContribute to the team's set of best practices, standards, and design guidelines and drive alignment across all platform components.Communicate and get buy-in on the design philosophy and guidelines with various stakeholders across the company.Hands-on design: Develop both high & low fidelity mockups and working prototypesBuild design files in Figma that are ready to be delivered to the development team.Work closely with Product Managers, other UI and Visual Designers, UX Designers, and Developers to help build designs from idea to release.Gather key insights through data analysis into customer behavior to find their unmet & unspoken needsBe the user-advocate by subjecting early-stage designs to usability testing and offering implementation suggestions from a user-centered perspectiveAbove all, have fun creating the next generation of a leading-edge insights platformQualifications:Demonstrable experience of UI and UX design for software web applications, B2B SaaS / Enterprise preferredProven expertise in Data Visualization and Analytics DashboardsStrong understanding of UX/UI design, knowledge of UX standard methodologies, and the ability to create wireframes, user journeys and prototypesProven experience as a UI designer with strong visual design skills and ability to create design systemsSolid experience with user-centric design and user researchDemonstrated expertise in designing clean, intuitive and innovative interfacesDetailed understanding of adaptable design and ability to create high fidelity designs for all viewpoints for hand-off to developersProficient with Figma, Photoshop and IllustratorUnderstanding of HTML and CSSAbility to communicate effectively with different audiences, including senior leadership. Demonstrated ability to influence others and get buy-in!Experience in research, usability testing, product analytics, and turning the output into data that can drive product design decisionsExcellent interpersonal, business management, and developmental skillsSelf-sufficient, able to manage workload to meet project deadlines.
