They're hiring a talented Senior Graphic Design Manager to lead the creation of compelling artwork and oversee projects from start to finish. If you're passionate about design and have a knack for managing multiple projects, we'd love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Graphic Design Mastery:Craft visually appealing and marketable graphics for both new and existing products, ensuring consistency with branding style guides.Campaigns & Packaging:Develop eye-catching online graphics, sales/marketing materials, and retail packaging. Design support graphics like signage, banners, and booth backdrops.Amazon Content:Create high-quality content for Amazon to drive product visibility and sales.Regulatory Compliance:Collaborate with our regulatory department and factories to meet labeling requirements and ensure print quality standards.Project Oversight:Manage artwork projects through the production process, liaising with printers and suppliers to uphold color and quality standards.Team Collaboration:Work with domestic suppliers, including freelance designers, packaging engineers, photographers, and web developers. Support the Private Label Manager with artwork creation.Stay Current:Keep up-to-date with design trends and production capabilities to ensure innovative and effective solutions.Project Management Duties:Asset Creation:Assist in developing artwork assets for third-party design houses.Communication Hub:Act as the liaison between sales reps, third-party designers, and factories/printers.Packaging Specifications:Create and manage product packaging specifications in collaboration with factories.Timeline Management:Ensure artwork and packaging meet timelines aligned with product launches.Record Keeping:Maintain digital records of artwork, packaging specs, and photos.Qualifications:Education:BA or BS Degree in Graphic Design or Visual Communications.Experience:10+ years in graphic design with 5+ years in a leadership and project management role.Skills:Extensive experience in photo editing, package design, and pre-press files.Expert proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.Knowledge of WordPress, video editing, e-commerce graphics, social media graphics, marketing, and advertising is a plus.Communication:Strong verbal and written communication skills.Why Join?Be part of a creative team that values innovation and excellence.
