We are currently cashflow positive and growing almost 100% every 90 days.We are hiring a Director of Marketing. This person will report directly to the CEO, and be involved in maturing our current marketing strategies, while building and fostering new channels of growth. As a leader and innovator at our firm, they will also be responsible for growth marketing strategies for early pipeline such as content, attention marketing & retargeting.Who We are Looking For:We are looking to bring on a foundational person who can help lead this part of our strategy from "soup to nuts." From crafting go-to-market Marketing strategies to creating buyer personas, we want this person to be a core part of the culture of our company and growth strategy. Ideally, we want someone ready for the challenge and excitement of owning this department.We are looking for a self starter. Our culture is centered around wildly wonderful customer experience, with a flat org circle. We all report to each other, and we all report to the customer. We are looking for someone who wants to be a leader, but can keep their ego in check.The Role InvolvesAssist in the planning and execution of an overall strategic marketing plan for NorthBuild marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of the marketing planMarket through various channels and segment databases working with large data setsCreate and evaluate the impact of marketing programs and report those KPIs monthlyPropose and manage marketing research projects to generate consumer insights in support of improved marketing strategy and communicationsLead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processesWork with external agencies and vendorsQualificationsExperience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the resultsExposure to digital and direct response marketingCreative writing skills with an eye for great emails and landing pagesStrong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinkingWe're looking for someone with 5+ years of experience in marketing, has a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or Business or similar, and is familiar with marketing automation/ CMS/ CRM systems.Experience Highly Preferred:FigmaGoogle ads, PPC, SEO optimizationComfortable with social platforms X, Linkedin, Instagram etc.Nice to Have:Event/ trade show marketing experienceDripifyRb2b, Commsor and warm go to network toolsAdobe Suite skills a huge plusBenefitsUnlimited PTOWFA FlexibleAccess to NYC Office in the West Village and work from the office as much as you'd likeMandatory 30 day sabbatical on or around the 4th anniversary of your employment, repeating every 4 years.100% Paid time off for parenting leave for new parents for 16 weeks.
