This is a FTE role "” agencies / fractional teams / consultants need not apply.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOROur company is at an exciting stage of growth and looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to be part of this next step in building our brand out further. This role will report directly to the CEO and will be chiefly responsible for executing on our brand strategy with a GTM mindset, manage agencies/interns, PR, and other day-to-day brand functions.We are seeking a creative, entrepreneurial, and consumer empathetic brand marketer who has experience in building brands within the e-commerce or DTC industry. Our ideal candidate will possess the ability to bring brands to life in emotionally desirable ways for new and emerging retail consumers. You will be responsible for developing messaging and executing initiatives that align with Atoms' brand vision and values, ensuring a consistent and engaging customer experience across all touchpoints.This role would be expected to:Implement the creative and brand strategy of Atoms.Present plans and strategies to internal stakeholders and executive leadership, effectively communicating their value, impact and key metrics.Own narrative, campaigns and assets supporting the launch of products and partnerships.Ensure the brand vision is executed seamlessly across products and channels through creative assets, design and copy by working with the Growth team. Be the final approval for overall brand voice.Develop brand & product storytelling and write copy as-needed across channels.Management of any influencer & affiliate marketing.Manage and deliver multi-channel shoot and production solutions for all brand marketing activations (across website, email, social, PR).Continuously evaluate, analyze and optimize creative performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and growth keeping in mind best practices and industry trends we may want to incorporate.Manage external creative resources, such as freelancers and agencies, to ensure timely and cost-effective project execution.WHO YOU ARE6+ years of experience in brand marketing with at least 1+ years in a leadership position, preferably within an e-commerce or digital-first environment.Proven track record in launching and managing brand campaigns.Extremely strong project management and communication skills - both internally & externally.Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with a keen understanding of how creative content supports business objectives.Some background in copywriting, the ability to craft compelling and persuasive messaging that drives customer engagement and conversion.Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring creative teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.Technical skills / experience working with creative tools and software, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma and InVision.Knowledge of industry best practices, trends, and contacts in e-commerce, digital marketing, and creative design.Compensation range: $85K-$100K depending on experience with stock options and health benefits (medical, dental, vision).
