's US HQ is based in New York, and Global HQ in Dubai.Role: Manager, Agency Partnerships (Experience based) Location: New York Function: Buyer DevelopmentOverall ResponsibilityThe Manager, Agency Partnerships is responsible for developing and nurturing account teams at the largest holding companies and ad agencies at the account level across all verticals. This entails engaging with the Account Directors at Agencies and Holding companies and their respective account teams to ensure a strong and positive relationship with customers while ensuring successful activation of media campaigns working with product and account teams to deliver on outcomes and optimize to their KPI.Success in this position requires proactive communication with our agency teams, strong project management skills, and a desire to grow accounts and assist in the growth of new business to meet specific revenue goals while understanding opportunities for improvement and being a leader in representing 's products and services.What your day looks likeMaintain strong relationships with advertising agency account teams (both holding company agencies and independent agencies) that represent top global brands to ensure client satisfaction and long-term partnerships.Review opportunities received through these account teams to develop tailored and custom solutions with the help of internal teams to deliver strong customer experiences and meet advertiser campaign needs.Strategically prioritize accounts and create engagement plans for both quarterly and annual goals.Serve as a leader in the activation of programmatic opportunities and private marketplace deals (PMP) to meet revenue targets from the VP of Buyer Development.Stay informed about industry trends and developments to proactively advise clients on best practices and innovative solutions.Capture and relay new business requirements to the Product team to support revenue growth initiatives.Maintain customer relationships and key information in Salesforce and help to share voice-of-the-customer to internal stakeholders.Basic Requirements:Bachelor's degree in business or related marketing field.2 to 4 years experience in media buying, programmatic advertising at a brand, agency, or holding company.Exceptional writing and communication skills.Proficiency in using Google Slides and PowerPoint with strong project management skills.Driven and strong customer-facing skills to ensure positive customer experiences.Compensation and BenefitsBase Compensation Range: $75,000 - $90,000As required by law, the salary range stated above represents 's reasonable estimate of the base salary associated with this position. The final salary offered may differ based on objective factors including experience, expertise, skills, and qualifications.
