Interior Designer - Healthcare

Innovative and progressive architecture & design studio is seeking an Interior Designer with extensive experience in healthcare project types. Responsibilities:Apply promptly! A high volume of applicants is expected for the role as detailed below, do not wait to send your CV.Lead the creative efforts on healthcare interiors projects, developing overall design concepts and design presentation strategiesMentor and provide creative direction to design teamsAct as the primary design interface with clients and consultantsCollaborate with team members and colleagues to promote an inter-disciplinary design approach and philosophyParticipate in business development and marketing effortsSelecting interior finishes, furniture and equipmentProducing space plans, furniture plans, elevations, conceptual and finished design presentation documentationProvide solutions to design problems and generate design alternativesReview drawings, mockups, materials, and finish samples submitted by project contractorsQualifications:Bachelor's degree from an accredited school of design or architecture5-10+ years of design leadership of interior design and/or architecture projects; recent healthcare project experience is requiredNCIDQ certified is preferredLEED accreditation are preferredDemonstrated commitment to sustainability and sustainable building practices required. Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and relationship management skillsProficiency in Revit and other computer design programsWorking knowledge of healthcare planning in a variety of clinical settingMust have a portfolio inclusive of healthcare projects. Ideally project portfolio will show a range of interior and base building projects for a variety of designs (academic medical centers, medical office buildings, hospitals, outpatient clinics, surgery centers, community health centers, labs, etc.)#J-18808-Ljbffr
