Reporting to the Group Creative Director, this is an exciting opportunity to develop creative solutions that strengthen the brand's platform.What You'll DoDevelop creative for all cross-channel CRM, focused on driving engagement and loyalty with new and existing customers, in partnership with a copywriter and other members of the team.Be a brand steward.Ability to propose visual ideas and the visual creative expression of entire campaigns.Work independently and as a team with talented Copywriters, and other Designers.Interpret creative direction, follow style guides, and maintain a learner's mindset.Participate in all necessary internal and external meetings "” briefings, status, brainstorming sessions, and presentations "” with various stakeholders and leaders.Quickly gain an understanding of the brand platform, audience segments and organization.Maintain strong, proactive relationships with members of various teams across the organization.Translate marketing strategies into appropriate "˜on brand' design recommendations, and develop concepts, together with your copy partner, to support marketing goals.Concept and execute sound creative ideas for email, digital, social, print collateral, video and other marketing communications in an efficient and compelling manner.Prioritize workload and demonstrate excellent time management skills.What You'll NeedYour portfolio reveals an incredible designer with solid typography chops, that also loves concepts and ideas.Among your strengths will be energy, persuasive presentation skills, a roll-up-your-sleeves work ethic, a vision of creative possibility in virtually any media and the ability to form dynamic working partnerships with your colleagues.Experience with travel, hospitality or tourism is preferred, but not necessary.At least 5 years of experience designing for consumers and/or B2B (combined). Experience designing for multi-platform, developing and evolving brand style guides are a plus.Significant experience in the creative/design industry with a strong portfolio rooted in digital visual design.Agility in an ever-changing environment and across multiple projects with various project leads.Understanding and application of marketing and design principles to achieve project goals and implement creative solutions, with a curiosity about current and emerging digital channels and platforms.Strong analytical skills, be decisive and exercise good judgement in all situations, seeking guidance from the Group Creative Director when appropriate.Demonstrate the ability to function independently and be self-motivated.You get nervous if you're not sketching concepts, tweaking flows or polishing the designs that represent the big-thinking work.
