JOB TITLE:Manager, Marketing TechnologyScroll down the page to see all associated job requirements, and any responsibilities successful candidates can expect.Position Overview:The Manager, Marketing Technology will be responsible for the marketing analytics technology stack that enables performance and customer insights, the implementation of a continuous testing regimen, and the effective optimization of paid media and promotional activities.Key ResponsibilitiesEstablish robust data collection and tracking across ecoATM Gazelle digital properties including multiple websites and mobile apps.Manage Google Analytics properties ensuring ability to track consumer impacts through ongoing evolution of digital experience and maintaining reliable data transfers to internal data systems.Implement and maintain third-party trackers through Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio.Work with business partners to understand analytics needs, scope out data schemas to address those needs, and maintain Supermetrics data transfers to keep internal Snowflake tables populated with necessary data.Support AB/multivariate testing leveraging both internal data systems and Optimizely.Develop data collection strategies to support understanding of customer personas and segments.Collaborate on a cross-functional basis with Marketing, Pricing, Operations, Product, and Finance in supporting data collection, measurement, and governance plans.Aid in strategic decision making and planning around the ongoing evolution of customer accounts and the development of Customer Data Platform (CDP) strategies.Knowledge, Skills & AbilitiesStrong Google Analytics experience including tagging, reporting, data collection and transfer.Experience with GA4 implementation and management.Proficiency in Google Tag Manager and Looker Studio including setting up third-party trackers (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, OneTrust).Implementation of data collection both on the web and within native mobile apps (iOS and Android).Extensive eCommerce experience including AB/multivariate testing for profit maximization using Optimizely or other testing systems.Knowledge of standard web languages (JavaScript, CSS, HTML).Strong SQL coding skills, ideally with experience in Snowflake.Previous experience with Supermetrics or other marketing data ETL tools.Proficiency with Tableau or other BI tools.Experience implementing or working with a Customer Data Platform (CDP) a plus.Education & ExperienceUndergraduate degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics or related discipline.More than 7 years progressive experience demonstrating technical skills.Business TravelLimited business travel of up to 10% may be required#J-18808-Ljbffr
