Our client, a non-profit organization, is looking for a full-time Marketing Director to join their team! This is a full-time staff role, and will be hybrid (3 days onsite in NYC, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).Read the overview of this opportunity to understand what skills, including and relevant soft skills and software package proficiencies, are required.The Marketing Director will:champion audience growth / engagement, and measure success through KPI's including views, plays, streams, and subscribersenhance membership sign-ups, and newsletter subscriptionsseek out / establish partnerships that broaden their content distribution and audience reachoversee / optimize Google AdWords and other paid advertising campaigns across social mediause data / analytics to inform overall strategy, and provide training / guidance to other team members on audience engagement, platform management, and analytics toolsprepare reports on audience growth, and engagement trendsThe Marketing Director has:ideally 7+ years of experience in marketing with a background in-house from a non-profit, journalistic / news company, political organization, or other relevant verticalan interest / focus on politics and / or public discoursefluency in Google AdWords, and ability to evaluate + improve KPI'sstrong experience in digital media trends, and emerging platformsOur client offers medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance.
