The ideal candidate is an experienced UX designer, a strong team player, and a true collaborator with exceptional visual design skills. In this role, you will Create intuitive and engaging user experience designs for new digital products and initiatives across desktop and mobile platforms. Collaborate closely with product, credit, front-end engineering, marketing, and operations stakeholders to align UX design efforts with business goals and user needs. Manage the end-to-end design process, from concept development to final implementation, ensuring seamless integration across all product touchpoints. Conduct user research, usability testing, and analysis to inform design decisions and iterate on the customer experience. Help develop and promote UX design best practices and consistency across the organization. Educate and mentor team members on the importance of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Establish and maintain a centralized repository of UX/UI design assets and guidelines as a source of truth for all product experiences. Additional Responsibilities: While primarily focused on UX Design, you will collaborate with marketing, partnership, and sales teams to provide creative solutions as needed for business growth. The ideal candidate will Be passionate about user experience design and working with a fast-paced, collaborative team. You will prefer to work in an environment that has emphasis on the ownership of initiatives, collaboration, learning, curiosity, and a drive to continually improve oneself, the team, and the organization. You will also love to problem solve, get hands-on, experiment, measure, and use creative design thinking to help build innovative products for SMBs. We are driven by performance with a mindset of continuous improvement rooted in testing and learning to optimize our results. You should have At least 3-4 years of proven experience as a UX Designer, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry. Proficiency in design software (primarily Figma). Strong portfolio showcasing UX design projects with a focus on desktop and mobile applications. Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders at all levels. Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment. Bachelor's degree in Design or other relevant field. Note: Our interview process will require sharing a portfolio of your UX design work, and may include a short assignment based on an example product intent. Compensation & Benefits We anticipate the US base salary range for this full-time position is $125,000 - $165,000. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the amount the employer reasonably expects to pay for this position across all US locations.
