We pride ourselves on superior service and delivering results while having fun.Job DescriptionA Senior Designer will create visual concepts using computer software or by hand to communicate ideas that inform or motivate consumers. They either develop the overall layout or combine elements created by another professional. Designers follow written or spoken ideas and convert them into visuals. Using images, motion, text, and color theory, designers can transform complex data into visual graphics and diagrams, giving complex problems a visual solution. A Senior Designer is also the Design Manager's liaison for all department processes and communications in the event of the Design Manager's absence.A Successful Candidate Will Possess These Soft SkillsWill - Controls thoughts and actions to achieve the desired outcome.Drive - Has a strong desire or need to get something done.Adaptability - Has and maintains the ability to move or adjust quickly and easily.Passion - Displays an intensity for marketing and positive partner relations.Coachability - Takes criticism and feedback well and takes steps to improve.Commitment - Demonstrates commitment to meeting demands and goals and is reliable about timeliness.Leadership Skills - Inspires confidence in team members and leads by example.Ability to Delegate - Trusts teammates to complete their assigned work and knows how to delegate when appropriate.Solution-Oriented - Knows how to read partner interactions and spot and correct problems before they jeopardize the relationship with the partner.Listens Before Speaking - Listens to partners and teammates before suggesting answers or jumping to conclusions before fully understanding the problem.Communication Skills - Communicates effectively and professionally to teammates, customers, partners, and management.Planning and organizing - Sets priorities and defines actions, time, and resources needed to achieve predefined goals.Positivity - Demonstrates positive behavior and communication (written and verbal) with partners and team members.Essential FunctionsCreate original and unique visuals that identify a product or convey a message.Research every project/request before anything begins the actual creation process.Listen to and document the design needs of partners, formulate concepts and solutions, and be able to communicate them to our partners and other members of the team.Select colors, images, text style, and layout that consistently follows partner style guides and meet brand compliance guides.Meticulously follow directions and review designs for errors.Develop still and motion visuals for websites, social platforms, digital and print advertisements, email marketing, print ads, point-of-sale material, and more.As needed, delegate design tasks and support junior designers.As needed, review the work of junior designers to give guidance and feedback.Maintain high-quality standards and ensure only the best work is released to partners.Collaborate across the organization to drive up standards of creative thinking and quality of work.Incorporate changes recommended by the partners into the final design.Ability to absorb and apply constructive criticism from peers and partners.Revises projects as necessary based on collaborative feedback processes.Meet with other team members, including but not limited to, account managers, design managers, art directors, creative directors, social media specialists, media strategists, copywriters, and content strategists to determine the scope of a project and work through creative solutions as a team.The ability to work on a hybrid 3+2 office/work-from-home model (5 days at the office for the initial 90 days).All other duties as assigned by iFrog Leadership.Required Education And ExperienceHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent required.Considerable experience in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere and After Effects.2-3 years prior experience in graphic design in either an in-house or agency setting.Strong time management, organizational, and creative skills.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Preferred Education And Experience (Not required, but considered a bonus)Working knowledge of modern content creation and minor scriptwriting highly preferred.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or other related field.Working knowledge of the automotive industry.Recent Google Analytics certification(s).Proficient with Google Suite.Proficient with macOS.Additional InformationiFrog Marketing Solutions is proud to be an equal-opportunity workplace.
