In this role, you will oversee the development of a wide variety of creative executions for all brand touchpoints "” web, advertising, social, collateral and more. You will be a key part of developing the ambitious, data-driven, and supportive team culture we're striving to build.As the Head of Content and Creative, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our brand strategy -- establishing an approach to messaging that is engaging, informative, and enhances our identity. You will lead agencies, vendors and creators to develop compelling executions across various platforms that help build a brand that makes things simple and approachable. Your background in writing and editing will be essential in establishing our standards of quality and accuracy.Job ResponsibilitiesCreative development:Oversee the work of agencies, vendors and contractors in the development of effective, brand-right work.Develop creative strategies that drive action, set us apart and evolve based on performance and fresh insights.Track and communicate best-in-class and innovative creative approaches in the market to keep up-to-date with industry trends.Collaborate deeply with design, marketing strategy, product management, customer experience and other functions across the division.Content:Create and maintain a calendar of topics and the subsequent releases of the webpages, social posts and video executions.Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company's goals.Lead the creation of various types of website articles, social media posts, video scripts, email campaigns, and more.Ensure that published content is well-researched, accurate, and adheres to brand guidelines.Drive campaign and content effectiveness:Integrate SEO best practices into the creation process for web, social and advertising.Monitor and analyze the performance of initiatives, using data to inform future campaign strategies.Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote the brand through various channels and campaigns.Qualifications For PositionYour qualifications and experience should include:Bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, marketing, English, journalism, or a related field or strong equivalent work experience.Proven experience in the creation of campaigns and marketing materials, with a portfolio of high-quality work.6 or more years of experience in writing, advertising, or marketing.Strong leadership and experience managing agencies, contractors and junior employees.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proven understanding of digital marketing, SEO, and social media.Proficiency in content management systems (CMS) and relevant software/tools.Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative ideas and concepts.A deep interest in technology and the ability to convey complex technical information clearly.Fluency in Spanish a plus, but not required.Benefits:Comprehensive medical, prescription drug, dental, and vision coverage.Employee assistance plan and comprehensive behavioral health benefits.Fertility benefits, including surrogacy and adoption assistance programs.Basic and supplemental life insurance for employees and their families.Short-term & long-term disability plans.Paid parental and caregiver leave.401(k) Plan with company match.Education assistance and student loan programs.Other Programs:Flexible Work Arrangements.Time off to include vacation, paid holidays, sick leave, and early release days.Referral bonuses and matching gift programs.Employee stock purchase plan.Annual incentive bonus.The anticipated annual base salary for this position is $130,000 to $137,000.
