Do you thrive in a collaborative environment and possess a deep understanding of brand strategy and measurement? If so, FranklinCovey seeks a Director of Brand Marketing to join our dynamic team.Essential Job FunctionsDevelop and lead the implementation of a long-term brand strategy aligned with FranklinCovey's vision, mission, positioning, and core values.Craft a compelling brand narrative that bridges our heritage with a modern vision, unifying perceptions and reigniting consumer passion.Analyze market research to understand target audience needs, competitor landscape, and industry trends, informing brand positioning and messaging.Define and manage the brand voice and messaging to ensure consistent communication of the brand essence across all touchpoints.Oversee the development of compelling brand stories that connect with the audience emotionally and build brand loyalty.Craft client-facing marketing copy that resonates with target audiences and aligns with the overall brand strategy.Develop and manage a social media strategy to build brand awareness, engagement, and community among target audiences.Collaborate with other marketing leaders to ensure brand alignment across all departments globally.Develop and implement a comprehensive set of brand metrics to track brand awareness, perception, and ROI of brand-building activities.Lead the analysis of brand sentiment and brand advocacy to gain insights into customer and public perception.Provide guidance on FranklinCovey's brand identity guidelines to maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials.Guide a team of associates focused on brand development.Basic Qualifications10+ years of experience in brand marketing.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or directly related field.Preferred Skills & ExperienceMaster's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or directly related field.Proven track record of developing and implementing successful brand strategies.Expertise in market research, data analysis, and brand measurement methodologies.Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.Experience in developing and managing social media strategies for a B2B audience.Strong understanding of the L&D industry and its competitive landscape.Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, HSA, employee stock purchasing program, 401(k), paid time off, holiday pay, and more.
