Join us for an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of kids and teens while having the time of your life!Your Role as Program Coordinator:As a Program Coordinator, you'll be captain of fun! Dive into the action as you plan, implement, and execute our camp daily recreation, evening program, special events, and weekend activities, all while creating an environment that balances tech learning with recreation, personal growth, and social development.Take charge as you lead groups of counselors and campers, make critical decisions, and foster a positive camp environment where every camper can thrive. This is your chance to hone your leadership skills and make a real impact on the next generation.Responsibilities:Desire to work with children, in a residential summer camp setting and to lead and inspire young minds.Available to reside on campus for a period of 5 weeks of employment at the assigned location.Must be at least 18 years old by June 1.Attend staff training week and complete all online pre-camp training.Successfully pass applicable background screenings and provide verifiable references.Execute all non-tech aspects of our program: recreation, evening program, special events and field trips.Organize, distribute and maintain all activity supplies and equipment.Organize campers into groups as needed for program activities.Observe activities and ensure the quality delivery of recreation curriculums and program schedules.Be alert to and active in addressing the needs of campers and staff provide support, care and nurturing.Additional responsibilities assigned as required.Requirements:Currently enrolled in a related field such as education, recreation, or a similar discipline.At least 2 years of prior leadership experience, preferably working with youth in a camp or similar setting.Enthusiasm for leading games, songs, and activities that inspire and engage children of all ages.Experience coordinating the delivery of recreational and other small and large group activities for children.Experience planning special events.Ability to relate to youth and adults in a positive manner.Desire to lead games, songs, classes, and other activities with groups of children.Apply Now to Make a Difference and Lead the Way in Tech Education!#J-18808-Ljbffr
