We continue to grow and are looking for hardworking hungry individuals that can contribute to our already great fintech company culture as we traverse new and exciting areas that require a thirst for solving complicated problems.Role: Director - Institutional Marketing Strategist - Full Time W2Salary Range: $185,000 - $225,000Location: Fully Remote (USA)Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Marketing Strategist focused on institutions to join our team. As a Marketing Strategist at Prometheum, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing our institutional marketing strategies to drive growth and achieve our business objectives.Responsibilities:Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company goals and target audience.Utilize data analytics tools such as Amplitude to analyze and interpret marketing data, derive actionable insights, and optimize campaign performance.Oversee institutional customer engagement initiatives, including email marketing campaigns, utilizing a platform (ex: Braze, Sendgrid, etc.) to drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with product development, sales, and other key areas.Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement.Work with the Head of Business Development and Head of Communications to identify strategic opportunities with potential clients, and create content for marketing collateral including presentation decks, flyers, booklets, and more.Collaborate with Senior Brand Designer to create compelling copy for various marketing materials, including emails, landing pages, advertisements, and social media posts.Brainstorm on a variety of marketing campaigns and provide feedback on designs and copy.Oversee conferences and speaking engagements to further our institutional awareness.Ability to create and review content for the website, social media, and other external messaging.Engage with regulatory and compliance departments to ensure messaging meets all internal guidelines and regulatory/legal requirements.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. Master's degree preferred.Proven experience as a Marketing Strategist or similar role, with a track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.At least 7 years of experience working with the financial services or FinTech industry.Strong understanding of the U.S. financial markets.Experience marketing crypto, digital asset, or blockchain products and services.Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Amplitude, with the ability to analyze and interpret marketing data to drive decision-making.Experience with customer engagement and email marketing platforms such as Braze or Sendgrid.Strong writing skills with experience in crafting engaging copy for marketing materials.Regulated environment experience required.
